RETURN PRODUCTS

In our effort to respond to customer expectations for the products we choose from “AERIKO IKE”, we offer the possibility of returning to all products except underwear, for exchange with other products or credit issuance.

Product return should be made within 14 calendar days of the delivery date. If you wish to issue a credit, the issue is issued within 5 days of the date of delivery to the company, provided that the following Return Terms are met.
The shipping costs for the first return of a product due to a change in size in order to exchange with others are charged to “AERIKO IKE”. Note that returning a product due to its size may only be made once at the expense of “AERIKO IKE”. For each additional return, the return and shipping costs are charged to the customer. In the event of a refund for the purpose of issuing a credit (refund), the cost of the return is charged to the customer.
Please note that if you intend to return any product, you fill out the Return Bulletin and ship it with the returned products.
We reserve the right to return refunds of products that do not comply with the Return Terms listed below.
In the event of non-observance of the terms listed, you may incur shipping costs.

RETURN TERMS

The following terms must be complied with in their entirety in order to accept the return of the order.
The return or exchange request does not exceed 14 business days from the delivery date based on the receipt documents.
All returning items must be received by us in the original condition that you received them, without signs of wear and tear and suitable for resale.
All products must bear the labels and accompanying drawers of the manufacturer at the time of purchase and the accompanying packaging.
Please make sure to include the completed return form within the package.
Since the product and return process meet all of the above criteria, you can ship the products to the company and exchange them with others or make a refund.
In the event of non-compliance, “AERIKO IKE” reserves the right not to accept the refund.
The customer always has the ultimate responsibility to send the product to the address given on the return form as “AERIKO IKE” as the recipient fails to search the package for any carriage.
You are responsible for returning returned goods to “AERIKO IKE”, so we suggest you choose a courier service.
“AERIKO IKE” is not responsible for goods lost on return.
